I build websites for local businesses — fast, clean, and made to be found on Google.
I'm Alessandro, a product manager and web developer based in Germany. I've spent years working inside agencies and tech companies, watching small businesses get ignored or overcharged.
So I started Ale Fabrik.
The idea is simple: local businesses — restaurants, artisans, shops, service providers — deserve a proper online presence. Not a rushed template from a freelance marketplace. Not a €5,000 agency project that takes six months. Something real, something that works, delivered by someone who actually cares.
I build every site myself. I write the copy. I set up your Google profile. I make sure the technical side is done properly — fast loading, mobile-friendly, compliant with GDPR.
When you work with me, you talk to me. Not a project manager, not a support ticket, not an offshore team. Me.
I'm Italian, which means I understand the local business culture in Italy and the warmth that makes it work. I'm based in Germany, which means I understand what German clients expect — thoroughness, reliability, no surprises.
I built Ale Fabrik as a side business alongside my main job, which means I'm not desperate for your money and I'm not going to oversell you. If the €299 starter site is right for your business, that's what I'll recommend.
Most sites are live within a week. I know your time is valuable and you don't want to wait.
I tell you what I can do, what I can't, and what you actually need. No upsells you didn't ask for.
You shouldn't need to understand web development to get a website. You just need to know your business.
And you want to finally be findable online, I'd love to help.
